Menually provides a digital menu and ordering platform for restaurants ("Service"). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business operations, subject to these Terms.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Host or display illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with the proper working of the Service via automated means or excessive load.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

4. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Free Plan: Our free plan is available at no cost. You may stop using it at any time.

Paid Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menually shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our dashboard. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
